Résumé

Claire et sa fille, Sarah, ont quitté Chicago pour s'établir à Mattowa, où Claire a été nommée directrice adjointe du lycée. Ruth, qui entraîne l'équipe de basket, suggère à Sarah d'intégrer le groupe. Mais le soir d'une fête organisée en l'honneur de Sarah par les Vipers, l'adolescente disparaît...
