Résumé

Three brothers who run a hospitality empire decide to have their cake and eat it, at the taxpayer's expense, to the tune of £3 million, all bets are off after investigators discover a GP has stolen a million pounds to fund his gambling habit, and a benefit-scamming couple, who claimed they could hardly move, are filmed walking unaided.
