It's the 20th anniversary series of Great British Menu, and four chefs compete for London and south east England with canapes, starters and fish dishes celebrating great Britons of the past for a banquet at historic Blenheim Palace. The dishes are judged by past fish course winner Tom Aikens, and they include a a watermelon sashimi dish celebrating Emily Davison and a classic dish of sole veronique with potatoes en papillotte.
