Résumé

Two brothers buy a pair of cottages in north Norfolk and plan to create one stunning family home. Martel meets a developer in North Yorkshire, who puts his DIY skills to the test refurbishing a three-bedroom semi-detached house. In Somerset, Martin tours a tired terrace that has just five weeks to be transformed for new tenants.
