Bowls: World Indoor Championships Live coverage of the most prestigious tournament in world indoor bowls.

Flog It! Paul Martin presents a collection of the best finds from the show's travels around the country, visiting Edinburgh, Wallasey, Southwell, Birmingham and Dunster Castle. The antiques experts include Anita Manning and Mark Stacey, with items ranging from a fantastic set of Beatles autographs to a collection of Matchbox toys in pristine condition. Paul also visits the birthplace of DH Lawrence.

Joanna Page's Wild Life As her training at a wildlife centre draws to a close, Joanna finds out if she's passed the test to become a fully-fledged volunteer. But first, she needs to bring the swallows she has been looking after back to the centre for a flight test. She gets to release the tawny owls with all the team watching on. And she does her very first completely unsupervised release - a fox cub back to his family.
